The “series of portraits” interviews continue! This month, we meet Michel Espuna, powders fabrication and conditioning manager at RAL Diagnostics.
Discover his answers:
At the beginning of my career, no doubt. At the end of the last century, the fear of the year 2000 bug and the changeover from the French franc to the Euro gave me the opportunity to become a project manager in Computer Assisted Production Management (CAPM). I didn’t know much about computers and a company gave me the opportunity to become competent in this field. After nights in a hotel learning about computers, I managed to become skilled in this field. That was my entry point to RAL in 2001 and it is still the CEGID solution that we use.
VIGILANCE / RIGOUR / HUMANITY
The anticipation of needs for other departments and our clients. The human relations with the majority of colleagues in this family spirit.
In life you can do anything, everything can be learned, it’s just a question of will and time.
I am leaving my position as a manager at RAL for 20 years to become a self-employed craftsman…
We wish Michel all the best for his new adventure!
See you next month…
